We have been writing/learning about text features and opinion writing in ELA.

This is our ELA goal to have 22/23 students score proficient or advance on our Test Features Post Test.

The daisies are different things we are doing to work towards our goal.

 

So for an activity fo rwriting we used Oreo’s to write an opinion. We also got to eat chocolate Oreo’s

Opinion-write our opinion

Reason- Give reasons why we have that opinion

Examples- Show examples for our opinion

Opinion- Restate our opinion to make sure they know our opinion.

Yesterday we had a neighboring class come in our class to read with us! We have also been reading Space Case by Stuart Gibbs during read aloud.
