It is always fun to gather around and share our final drafts after a long unit of writing. We just wrapped up our opinion writing unit today by celebrating our hard work and our writing. Mrs. Norman brought in brownies and with just our twinkling lights on we each shared our opinion piece we had been working on. During our opinion writing unit we worked on adding reasons and evidence for our reason to support our opinions. We also included leads and conclusions to our opinion pieces. Many of us even tried including a counter argument in our writing piece. Today was a great day for writing!
